Of the four major distributors in Western Australia, Rysim Distributors is the only one owned and run by qualified therapists specialising in nail and beauty supplies not hair-dressing. We have the gained expertise from owning and running a beauty salon and full day spa in statistically the fastest growing region in Australia.

Rysim Distributors is located in Bibra Lake, a light industrial area south of Fremantle. The site was chosen for easy accessibility and a recognisable location. We have 100sqm of showroom space, offering everything in nails and beauty.

In 2003 we purchased the distributorship from Skeyndor in Western Australia. We started to expand by introducing the new skin and bodycare range from its European importer. We initially started from home but as we grew we moved to our salon. Rysim Distributors rapidly grew and by the end of 2005 we were searching for more suitable premises. We soon found a place in Bibra Lake (a light industrial area just a few kilometres south of Fremantle). These premises gave us 435 sqm in two connected units with an established 100 sqm showroom and office already built in. This amount of space allowed us plenty of room for storage and space for the construction of classrooms (one of the classrooms is already built and in use).

At Rysim Distribution we are able to train beauty therapists and nail technicians who have no experience or those who need to refresh their skills. If you have been out of the industry for a while we also have courses to teach you any new techniques that have been introduced to the industry. Our new classroom is used for waxing and body treatment classes. It is available for ‘salon ready courses’ to prepare those leaving the beauty colleges for work in the ‘real’ world, making them more attractive to employers.

We understand that beauty therapists and nail technicians are hungry for good advice on what products will be best for them, whether they are working from home or in a salon environment. At Rysim Distributors we work with the products that we are selling, allowing us to be proficient with your questions, giving you solid advice and training.

The staff at Rysim understand that when you have finished your beauty therapy training, only a very small number of therapists end up with a job. For the rest you, you’re left in what we call the twilight zone. You have the skills but are not experienced enough for employers to trust you or you are not up-to-date with salon techniques and have had little or no retail training.
